Meet Crystal
Founder of Pure Colonics & The Dharma Den
A certified wellness practitioner with over 25 years of professional certification and experience, and more than 18 years of personal experience with colon hydrotherapy and cleansing practices.

My work has always centred around helping people reconnect with themselves and their bodies through nourishment, movement, breath, self-care and holistic wellness.

Pure Colonics was born from my own lifelong journey with natural health, wellness and learning to truly listen to my body. After years of exploring nutrition, movement, breathwork, aromatherapy, holistic wellness and natural self-care practices, colon hydrotherapy became a natural extension of the work I have already been passionate about through The Dharma Den.
My Wellness Journey
Over the years, I have personally incorporated colon hydrotherapy and cleansing practices into my own wellness journey. I understand what it feels like to want to feel lighter, more comfortable, energized and connected to your body and I also understand that everyone's body and wellness journey is unique.

My personal experience has given me a deep respect for this practice and for the importance of providing a calm, professional environment where clients feel comfortable, respected and cared for.

Pure Colonics is an extension of everything I believe in: nourish, breathe, detox, reconnect and create rituals that support your wellbeing.

Through my work I has spent years helping people reconnect with their bodies through nutrition, movement, breathwork, self-care and holistic wellness.
