Thank you for choosing Pure Colonics. We value your time and are committed to providing every client with a professional, private and personalized experience. The following Terms & Conditions are in place to ensure that appointments, packages and treatments are managed fairly and consistently for everyone.

By booking an appointment with Pure Colonics, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS
A deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure and reserve your appointment time.
Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations with 24+ Hours' Notice
When at least 24 hours' notice is provided, your deposit may be transferred and applied to your next appointment.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
The deposit will not be refunded or transferred when the required 24-hour cancellation notice has not been provided.

No-Shows
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without providing the required notice will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require payment in full at the time of future bookings.

ARRIVAL & APPOINTMENT TIMES
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened in order to respect the schedule of the next client. The full appointment fee may still apply.

INTAKE FORMS & INFORMED CONSENT
For your safety and to ensure that colon hydrotherapy is appropriate for you, all required intake forms, health questionnaires and informed consent/disclaimer documents must be completed, signed and submitted a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Your appointment may be postponed or cancelled if the required documentation has not been received within this timeframe.
Providing complete and accurate health information is the responsibility of the client. Please notify Pure Colonics of any changes to your health, medications, supplements, pregnancy status or medical circumstances before your appointment.
Pure Colonics reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where the information provided indicates that colon hydrotherapy may not be appropriate or safe.

COLON HYDROTHERAPY PACKAGES
Packages are designed for the individual client who purchases them and are intended to support consistency within their own wellness routine.
All Pure Colonics packages are non-transferable and may not be shared between clients.
Packages must be used within the applicable expiry period:

3-SESSION PACKAGE
Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
​
6-SESSION PACKAGE
Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
​
Unused sessions remaining after the applicable expiry date will expire and cannot be transferred, exchanged or extended unless otherwise agreed by Pure Colonics in writing.

PACKAGE BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
The same 24-hour cancellation policy applies to clients using packages.
If a package appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or the client does not attend, the scheduled session may be deducted from the remaining package balance.
Pure Colonics reserves the right to apply this policy consistently to all package holders.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Your health and wellbeing are our priority.
Colon hydrotherapy is a wellness service and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or advice from your physician or other regulated healthcare professional.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information before receiving treatment.
If you are unsure whether colon hydrotherapy is appropriate for you due to a medical condition, medication, recent procedure, pregnancy or any other health concern, you should consult your physician or appropriate healthcare professional before booking or receiving treatment.
Pure Colonics reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment when it is reasonably determined that treatment may not be appropriate or safe.

CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS
Pure Colonics understands that life happens and that occasionally appointments need to be changed.
We ask that you provide as much notice as possible when you need to reschedule.
Where the required 24 hours' notice is provided, your deposit may be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
Appointments changed with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting Pure Colonics.
Pure Colonics is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal items brought onto the premises.

RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT
Pure Colonics is committed to providing a safe, professional and respectful environment for every client.
Clients are expected to treat the practitioner, staff and premises with courtesy and respect.
Pure Colonics reserves the right to refuse service or terminate an appointment where inappropriate, threatening, abusive or disrespectful behaviour occurs.

PRIVACY
Pure Colonics respects the privacy and confidentiality of its clients.
Personal information and health information provided to Pure Colonics will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and the clinic's privacy practices.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking an appointment, purchasing a package or receiving services from Pure Colonics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
These policies are designed to protect both our clients and the clinic while allowing us to provide the highest level of care and service.
